Our team is committed to witnessing the transformative influence of Jesus Christ through the efforts of coaches and athletes.

Our mission is to lead each coach and athlete towards a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. Our interactions are grounded in the values of Integrity, Service, Teamwork, and Excellence, which reflect our unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ and His teachings.

As we work alongside a board of community leaders to broaden our reach and impact, we actively engage with local schools to support the 47 multi-sport programs in Okaloosa/Walton County, as well as team huddles.

Emerald Coast FCA has proudly supported the Student Leadership Board, playing a crucial role in shaping and representing the vision of student-led FCA huddles. We take pride in assisting coaches across various fields, fostering meaningful relationships, and guiding their teams toward positive outcomes through 3D Coaching/360 Coaching.

Additionally, we are committed to building connections within team sports through the FCA Character Coaching initiative, utilizing our dedicated FCA E3 mobilized volunteers with the Engage-Equip-Empower strategy.

Year after year, the coaches and leaders within FCA consistently exhibit outstanding leadership qualities that influence the future of our organization, another source of joy for our team is forging new relationships in areas where FCA is not yet present, nurturing connections to establish FCA chapters in these regions. By expanding our staff and mobilizing volunteers, we aim to strengthen our discipleship ministry within communities.

We continue to grow and live out God’s calling to share the Gospel daily, creating fresh opportunities for our 360 Athletes, Coaches, and community volunteers, as well as students who join our initiatives.

While it may seem that time is a scarce resource, we trust in God's provision. During our leisure time, we cherish the moments spent with our loved ones.
