We do this to make sure everyone is on the same page with what we’re talking about on Thursday and teaching everyone the same material since we are split into different small groups on Thursdays. We think community is so important so joining together in our leadership meetings before our big huddles allows us to collaborate with ideas about what the verses are talking about so that we can look at them through a lens that maybe we have never seen before. These leadership meetings are a great way to gain a deeper understanding of what we will discuss on Thursdays huddles so that we are prepared to teach what we’re learning to everyone else”.
